For more than twenty-five years, Lori Fudens ran Sharmaine’s Salon on Clearwater Beach. When a hurricane devastated it, she signed a new lease within days — and in under five months opened at 517 S Ft Harrison Ave, uptown, under a new name: White Sand Salon.

Her sister Angie joined her as co-owner and runs the front desk, so the first voice you hear here is family. Lori has thirty years behind the chair; she began her career in England and is a National Educator for Redken. That training is the reason the work looks the way it does — and the reason our shelves carry REDKEN, Kérastase and Harper Ellis Hair Co.

What she set out to build was simpler than a salon: elevated moments, every day. Easy, relaxing, unhurried — the kind of hour you protect on your calendar.
